If you are already logged in as a Food Trader you should see a tab for Wilderness 24 in the menu bar above.
The Wilderness 24 link is now password protected.
If you have products and the look which suits Wilderness then please get in touch by email and if your products and look are a good addition we will send you a personalised link to the application form.
If you need to login to upload new documents etc. then go to MY ACCOUNT page.
If you can’t see the Wilderness 24 menu button you will need to log in.
To apply to trade at Download, Latitude, Bloodstock, Leeds or Reading you will need to be logged in with a Market Trader account.

Once you are logged in you can go to the APPLY FOR EVENTS page where you can choose which events you want to apply for.
It’s just like a shop page add the events you want to apply for then go to the Events Basket, review your details then click Submit Application.
There is no payment required at this time, if successful in your application you will receive an Offer to Trade, details of how to secure your pitch will be outlined in your Offer.

Applications for Bloodstock 2025 now open.
To apply for events in 2025 you must already have or create a user account with us, click on the “Account” button if you already have an account or choose “Create Account” and fill out the form if you don’t yet have an account with us. Please read through our “Terms and Conditions”to make sure you are willing and able to comply.
Submit your application and after your registration has been approved you will be able to login to the Account page and apply for the events listed.
Feel free to apply for as many or as few events as you like, please make sure the information you provide in your account is accurate, especially the size of your stall and the list of products you wish to sell.
Food traders please note: It is important that you fill in the Registering Authority on the application form and upload your documentation, without these we will be unable to offer you a site.
*Bar Operators please note: We do not accept applications for bar concessions*
