Once each trader has been sited by us that trader will appear in the “Ready For Bleep” tab. Use discretion here, there is a “Time Sited” field so apply common sense as to when you take the Bleep devices. Please give them time to get their structure in place.

Once you have delivered the Bleep device(s) just click on the “Bleep Installed” button then we know you have been to that stall.

During show we have a “Bleep Error” field, this will pin point which trader and a brief description of the problem, we will reinforce with a WhatsApp group message too.
Once you have been and rectified any issues just open the dropdown in the Bleep Error and select “Clear” at the bottom left of your screen.
