- βAre you aware of the RB Vernon rules around using artist or brand IP?β
You’re not expected to determine legality β just raise concerns when appropriate.
πΈ 3. Mandatory Stall Checks
β
Every trader stall must be photographed as part of our compliance procedure.
β
Use the approved app to capture and upload clear images of all stock displays at each stall as early as possible in the event day.
β
Ensure photos show:
- Stall number or signage
- Full product displays
- Any prominent branded items
This supports accurate documentation, early issue detection, and ensures we have a record of trading stock at every outlet.
π’ 4. If You Spot a Concern
β
Photograph the item(s) clearly (close-up and stall-wide)
β
Log and upload via the app, and notify your site lead
β
Include trader name, stall location, and a brief description
β
Do not confront the trader unless directed β escalate internally
π 5. Know the Rules
Traders have agreed to RB Vernonβs Terms & Conditions, which strictly prohibit:
- The sale of unlicensed or counterfeit goods
- The use of artist, company, brand or product names, slogans, logos, or likenesses without permission
- Relying solely on wholesaler claims without documentation
